Troubleshooting · How we test and maintain this guide
Start with the link, not the title
The song field needs an address that identifies one song. A title copied from a page, a profile address or the text surrounding a share button is not enough. Open the intended song on Suno, confirm that it is the completed version you want, and copy its song or share link. For a collection, the separate playlist importer reads a public playlist and lets you choose individual entries.
A supported address begins with HTTPS and uses suno.com or www.suno.com. Individual song paths use /song/ followed by a song identifier; short share paths use /s/. Do not replace a real identifier with the example below: the zeros identify a controlled test case. Keep account credentials and temporary media addresses out of the field.
What the current validator actually did
| Input shape | Observed result |
|---|---|
| Song URL with a complete test identifier | Accepted as a song address |
| The same URL with ?source=share | Tracking query removed |
| The same URL with a trailing slash | Trailing slash removed |
| A /playlist/ address passed to the song validator | Rejected by that validator |
| The same song address using http:// | Rejected; HTTPS required |
These results come from the downloadable examples, rather than from requesting the test song. Validation checks address structure; it does not prove that an identifier exists, that the song is public, or that you have permission to save it. A valid address can still fail during source lookup. Conversely, a playlist belongs in Import playlist rather than in the individual-song validator.
The workspace recognises a playlist pasted by itself and opens the importer. You can also choose Batch ZIP, then Import playlist. Mixing a playlist address with several song links does not expand the list automatically. Import and review the playlist separately, then add its selected songs to the batch.
A small repair sequence
- Paste one address on its own. Remove surrounding quotation marks, labels, copied punctuation and explanatory text.
- Check the hostname carefully. A similar-looking domain or a Suno name embedded inside another hostname is not supported.
- Return to the actual source page if the URL is incomplete. Recopy it rather than trying random identifier changes.
- For several songs, use Batch ZIP and put one address on each line. Keep the run within 20 distinct input links.
- Prepare one known permitted song first. If the input is accepted, read any subsequent access or audio message as a different stage.
Exact duplicate input strings are merged. Two differently written links can survive that first comparison even if they eventually resolve to the same song. In our three-line example, a repeated exact address was removed, while a version with a tracking query remained in the two-item input list. The preparation stage can recognise a repeated resolved song ID and skip it. This is why input line count is not necessarily the final file count.
Separate a valid address from an accessible song
If the link opens only after you sign in to Suno, public access may be unavailable to this tool. TuneBundle does not import your account cookies or private library. Do not paste a password, browser session or developer-console token to make an address work. Use the source service's own available options for material that needs account access.
If the source page is public but the tool still refuses it, keep the exact visible message and the stage where it occurred. A not-found result, an access restriction and an audio transfer failure are different problems. Send support the browser version and a public source address only if you are comfortable sharing it. There is no benefit in repeatedly submitting an unchanged malformed address.
