In your browser
The tool stores the link field, selected mode, format and filename style in browser session storage so a refresh can restore your input. This is not a shared account or an online music library. Browser session restoration may preserve this data; remove the links and clear site data if you do not want it retained.
Prepared audio, previews and ZIPs are held in the tab’s memory. Clear releases prepared files; refreshing or closing the tab discards them. Clear does not erase text still present in the link field. Files you save to your computer remain under your control.
A ZIP manifest includes song links, IDs, titles, status and file details. Review it before sharing an archive.
When you prepare a song
The submitted public song link is sent to our service, which requests the public song details and any required playback information from Suno. Do not submit account credentials or private access tokens. The service uses temporary media tickets, valid for up to 20 minutes, to restrict relay requests to a resolved resource.
Your browser normally requests audio from Suno or its delivery network. If a direct connection is unavailable, the audio can pass through our bounded relay. The application does not write audio to a server-side music library, database or disk. Conversion and ZIP creation take place in the browser.
Network providers necessarily receive request information such as an IP address, time, requested URL and browser/network headers. Our rate limiter uses the visitor IP to limit requests. We do not intentionally keep an application history of song lookups or log playback tickets. This is not a promise that infrastructure providers keep no operational or security records.
Hosting and other recipients
The cloud service uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Cloudflare may process request information to provide and protect that service under its privacy policy. Suno and its delivery providers receive requests for song information or media under their own policies.
Fonts and application libraries are served from this site. A link to another website takes you to a service with its own practices. If you email support, your address and message are processed by the mail providers used to deliver and handle that correspondence.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 is optional. We load its tag only after you select Allow analytics. Choosing No thanks leaves the downloader fully usable without loading Google Analytics. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice. We remember that choice in local storage for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission disables further collection by this integration and clears its accessible first-party analytics cookies; it does not erase reports already collected.
If you agree, Google receives page visits, broad device and browser information, and limited tool events such as the number of prepared or selected tracks and clicks to save files. A save click is not proof that the file reached your computer. We remove query strings and fragments from page addresses and retain only the referring website origin. We do not send song URLs, titles, IDs, pasted text, audio or exported lists to Analytics. Automatic enhanced measurement, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled for this stream.
Google receives network information including your IP address when your browser contacts its services. Analytics may store first-party cookies with an expiry configured to 90 days; renewed use can update them. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google Analytics handles data. Browser extensions or network restrictions may prevent measurement even after consent.
This site does not load advertising, session replay or Cloudflare Web Analytics / RUM scripts. Consent to analytics is not consent to advertising. Fonts and the downloader work without analytics.
Your choices
You can stop preparing a batch, clear prepared files, remove pasted links and clear browser site data. Your browser and local file manager control downloaded files. Infrastructure records are subject to the relevant provider’s policies.
For a privacy question or request concerning information you sent to us, use Contact. Provide enough information to identify your request, without sending a password, account cookie or download ticket. We use correspondence to address the request and related service concerns; messages may remain in the support mailbox while needed for that purpose.
