Contact the service responsible for the issue
TuneBundle is an independent tool. Not affiliated with Suno. It does not operate Suno accounts, host a permanent music library, or control files already saved to another person's device. This page is for concerns about a TuneBundle page, image, software asset or track reference handled by this service. For material on Suno itself, also use Suno's own reporting channel; a message to us is not a notice delivered to Suno.
We can correct or remove our own published material and restrict a specific track from new preparation requests through TuneBundle. We cannot delete a song from the upstream platform, recover a saved copy, change a user's subscription, or revoke an upstream URL that has already been disclosed. Describe which part of our service is involved so the review can address the right material.
Provide enough information to locate and assess the concern
Email the maintainer at support@tunebundle.com with the subject TuneBundle copyright report. The downloadable report template is a starting point. Sending an email is your action; this page does not automatically submit a report, verify ownership, or publish the information you enter.
- Identify the work and explain whether you are its owner or an authorised representative.
- Give the exact TuneBundle URL and, where relevant, the source song URL or ID. A screenshot can help locate the issue but is not a substitute for a usable reference.
- Explain the challenged use and provide supporting rights information or a link to a reliable record.
- Provide a name and contact details through which the maintainer can respond.
If you intend to send a formal DMCA notice, the U.S. Copyright Office describes additional elements, including a signature and good-faith and accuracy/authority statements. Use its notice-and-takedown guidance to check those requirements. This support address is a published contact point; the existence of this page does not represent registration as a designated DMCA agent or establish safe-harbour eligibility.
How a report is handled
- Identify the case. The maintainer reviews the message and may request a missing reference, an explanation of authority, or clearer identification of the work. An incomplete report is not treated as proof of infringement.
- Assess the requested action. The review considers the material, the stated rights, possible mistaken identification and the part of the service we control. A disputed or legally complex claim may need further advice.
- Apply an appropriate restriction or correction. A reviewed track restriction prevents new preparation and use of our relay or playback-information routes. Restricted playlist entries cannot be selected for import. Our own page or asset can be removed or replaced; a withdrawn page is excluded from advertising and marked unavailable.
- Record and respond. The decision and affected references are recorded with a case reference. The reporter is told the action actually taken, rather than being promised removal from systems we do not operate.
The service does not provide an anonymous endpoint that automatically blocks content merely because someone submits a claim. That protects against accidental or abusive reports. At the same time, valid reports should identify the affected references clearly enough for timely review. There is no guaranteed response-time claim on this page.
If a restriction or identification is wrong
Reply through the same contact address with the case reference, the affected URL, the alleged mistake and any relevant permission or ownership record. Ask for review rather than trying to evade a restriction with a different share link. A reply does not automatically restore access. The maintainer considers the new information, applicable procedures and any court notice before recording a further decision.
A formal counter-notice can carry legal declarations and jurisdiction requirements. Consult the Copyright Office guidance or a qualified adviser if that is the process you intend to use. We do not invent a universal reinstatement deadline for every kind of report or imply that this ordinary contact process replaces the requirements of applicable law.
Share only information needed for the report
Do not send passwords, account cookies, API keys or temporary playback credentials. Contact details and report evidence are handled through the support mailbox for review and response, not published as a public complaint database. Relevant details may need to be shared with an affected party or in a legal process; identify information that needs particular care. Our privacy notice describes the service's broader data handling.
There are currently no public claims here about received notices, takedown volumes or successful legal outcomes. For an inaccurate guide rather than a rights complaint, use ordinary support and include the sentence and correction you propose.
